The online store at wielachowska.com is operated by Łukasz Olszewski, a sole trader registered in Poland under the business name Technology Solutions Łukasz Olszewski, ul. Tolejny 25, 11-015 Tolejny, Poland. VAT-EU number: PL7393299932. Email: art@lukaszolszewski.info. You can contact us by email with any question about an order, before or after purchase.
2. The artworks
Every item offered is an original, one-of-a-kind oil painting on canvas, created by hand by the artist Anna Wielachowska. There are no prints or reproductions; each painting is a single original with finished, painted edges and needs no frame. Because each piece is unique, only one of each is available. Colours may appear slightly different from one screen to another.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. Original works of art are sold under the VAT margin scheme, so VAT is not itemised separately. A sale is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is no longer available), in which case any payment is refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment is handled securely by Stripe and supports cards, BLIK and Przelewy24. Your order is prepared for dispatch once payment has been received.
5. Shipping
Shipping is a separate line, priced by destination. Every painting is sent by courier, tracked and fully insured for its full value, and dispatched within 2–3 working days; delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Shipping to countries not listed at checkout can be arranged on request — email us for a quote. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer box before opening it, then the painting once unwrapped, keep the packaging, and let us know without delay so we can make an insurance claim.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting, in line with EU consumer law. To do so, contact us within that period and return the painting in unchanged condition, packed as it arrived and insured for its full value. We refund the price after the returned work reaches us. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Complaints and conformity
If a painting is not as described or arrives faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer-protection law. Please email us describing the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
8. Governing law and your rights
These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU consumer-protection rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

Consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
