1. Data Controller

2. Scope and purposes of processing

We process the data you provide when making a purchase (name, delivery address, e-mail address, invoicing details) for the following purposes:
– performance of the sales contract and shipment of the order — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
– issuing and storing invoices and meeting tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
– handling returns, withdrawals and complaints — Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR;
– establishing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Recipients of data

We may share data only to the extent necessary with:
– the operator of the sales platform or marketplace through which the sale is made, where applicable;
– courier companies / carriers delivering the order;
– our accounting office and invoicing software provider;
– payment service providers;
– our website hosting provider (for sales made through our own website).

4. Retention period

We store data for the duration of order fulfilment and thereafter for the period required by tax law (as a rule 5 years from the end of the year in which the invoice was issued) and for the limitation period of any claims.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Where a sale is made through an external sales platform or marketplace, or where we use service providers located outside the European Economic Area, your data may be processed outside the EEA. Such transfers take place under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Otherwise, we do not transfer your data outside the EEA.

7. Voluntary nature

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the sales contract and to issue an invoice.
