Shipping
Shipping is a separate line, priced by destination. Every painting is sent by courier, tracked and fully insured for its full value, and dispatched within 2–3 working days; delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Shipping to countries not listed at checkout can be arranged — email us and we’ll prepare a quote.
If your parcel arrives looking damaged, please photograph the outer box before opening it, then the painting once it’s unwrapped, keep the packaging, and let us know without delay. That’s what lets us make the insurance claim.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting, in line with EU consumer law. To do so, contact us and return the painting in unchanged condition, packed as it arrived and insured for its full value. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We refund the price once the returned painting reaches us.
